A comprehensive six-month incubator program designed to help emerging grassroots organizations build stronger, more sustainable nonprofit businesses through expert training, one-on-one coaching, and peer collaboration.
The Launch Well Collective Beta Cohort is an intensive business & leadership program created specifically for emerging nonprofit organizations serving Riverside and San Bernardino Counties.
Launch Well Collective was established in collaboration with Inland SoCal United Way as our partner & fiscal sponsor. We are grateful to the Weingart Foundation for its generous seed funding to launch the Beta Cohort.
Over six months, participants receive practical training, coaching, and resources to strengthen every aspect of their organization—from governance and fundraising to marketing, operations, and long-term sustainability.
